How do I connect my custom domain to my Vocaliv workspace?
Go to Workspace Settings → Domains, enter your custom domain name, and follow the instructions to configure the required CNAME records in your domain registrar’s DNS settings. Once the DNS records are correctly configured and verified, your Vocaliv workspace can be accessed through your custom domain.
How do I invite trainers and assign administrative roles to my team?
Go to User Management → Add User, enter the user’s email address, and select the appropriate role. Vocaliv currently supports Admin and Trainer roles. Click Add User to send the invitation. User permissions and status can be managed later from the user management actions.
What source file types are supported by the AI Course Builder?
Vocaliv’s AI Course Builder supports common training and learning materials, including PDFs, Word documents (.docx), PowerPoint presentations (.pptx), text files (.txt), and video/audio files or transcripts. These materials can be used as source content for generating course outlines and learning content with AI.
How can I customize or edit an outline generated by the AI?
After Vocaliv generates the course outline, you can review and customize it directly in the course editor. You can edit lesson and chapter names, reorder content, add new sections or lessons manually, delete content, or use AI to regenerate and modify content based on your instructions before generating the final course.
How do I train the AI Coach to resolve trainee queries automatically?
Upload your approved training materials, such as manuals, SOPs, policies, guides, or other reference documents, to the AI Knowledge Base. The AI Coach uses these approved materials as its knowledge source to provide trainees with relevant, factual, and instant answers to their course-related questions.
Does the AI Coach support multilingual interactions for global learners?
Yes. Vocaliv provides multilingual AI support, allowing trainees to interact with the AI Coach in their preferred language. This enables global learners to ask questions and receive responses in supported languages while using the same course and knowledge resources.
How do I set up Voice Cloning for automated audio lessons?
Go to the Voice or Voice Cloning section and upload or record a short, clear, natural audio sample of the trainer’s voice. Vocaliv processes the sample to create a cloned voice that can then be used for AI-generated audio and automated learning content.
How does the Adaptive Assessment engine measure knowledge gaps?
The adaptive assessment engine analyzes trainee responses and quiz performance in real time to identify areas of strength and knowledge gaps. Based on the trainee’s performance, it can adjust the difficulty of subsequent questions and recommend personalized learning paths or content to support the trainee’s individual learning needs.
