This workflow lets you start a new course using a simple written prompt. It’s useful when you want to quickly begin course creation without prebuilt content. The result is an AI-assisted course flow initiated from your prompt that you can continue developing.
What you’ll need
A written prompt describing the course you want to create. Your prompt will serve as the input for Vocaliv’s AI-assisted course creation flow.
What Vocaliv AI does
Vocaliv AI uses your written prompt to initiate its AI-assisted course creation flow. The prompt guides how the flow starts and informs the next steps in building your course within that AI-assisted experience.

Vocaliv opens an AI-assisted course creation flow for a new course based on your prompt. Your prompt is captured as the AI input, and the creation process continues within the flow.
How to do it
Step 1: Open Courses
In the Vocaliv sidebar, open Courses. This is where you manage and create courses in your workspace.
Step 2: Click Create Course
Click Create Course to begin the process of adding a new course.
Step 3: Select Generate with AI
Choose Generate with AI to start an AI-assisted course creation process.
Step 4: Enter your written prompt
Enter a clear written prompt describing the course you want to create. Your prompt will be used by Vocaliv AI as the basis for the AI-assisted course flow.
Step 5: Continue through the AI-assisted flow
Proceed as directed on screen to start the AI-assisted course flow. Vocaliv will launch the flow using your prompt so you can continue building the course.
What gets created
A new AI-assisted course creation flow is started based on your prompt. Your written prompt is captured and used as the AI input for that flow.
