To customize AI-generated slides, open your course and navigate to the relevant lesson. Enter the Slides Editor, select Customize, and edit the slides directly. Your changes are saved within that lesson’s Slides Editor.

This workflow allows you to edit AI-generated slides that were created for a specific lesson. Customization is useful when you want to refine, adapt, or modify automatically created content to better fit your lesson objectives and teaching style. The result is a customized version of the slides stored within that lesson.
What you’ll need
You’ll need an existing course with a lesson that contains AI-generated slides you want to modify. Access to the lesson’s Slides Editor is required to proceed with customization.

Vocaliv enables you to open and edit the AI-generated slides for your selected lesson through the Slides Editor. When you select Customize, the platform allows you to directly modify the slide content and save those changes within that lesson’s Slides Editor.

How to do it
Step 1: Open the relevant lesson
Inside your course, navigate to and open the lesson that contains the AI-generated slides you want to customize. Ensure you are in the correct lesson before proceeding, as customization applies only to that lesson’s slides.
Step 2: Enter the Slides Editor
From within the lesson, enter the Slides Editor to access the lesson’s existing AI-generated slides. This opens the slides so you can review them and prepare to make edits.
Step 3: Select Customize
Select the Customize option to enable editing mode on the AI-generated slides. This action allows you to begin modifying the slide content directly.
Step 4: Edit the slides to match your needs
Make your changes directly within the Slides Editor. Adjust the content, text, and layout until the slides reflect what you want for the lesson. Continue editing until you are satisfied with the customized slides.
What gets saved
Your edits and modifications are saved to the AI-generated slides within that lesson’s Slides Editor. The customized version of the slides replaces the original for that lesson.
What happens next
After you finish customizing, the lesson’s slides display your changes within the Slides Editor. The customized slides remain associated with that specific lesson and are ready to use.
