You will enable the AI Tutor for a course and choose the voice it uses. This is useful when you want trainees in a specific course to receive AI-powered support delivered in a selected voice. The result is an active AI Tutor configured for that course with your chosen voice.
What you’ll need
- Your course open in Vocaliv
- Access to the course’s final Course Schedule step
- A voice selection for the AI Tutor (for example, Liam)
What Vocaliv AI does
When AI Tutor is toggled on and a voice is selected, Vocaliv uses the chosen voice when the AI Tutor supports trainees in that course.
What you’ll get
- The course is configured with AI Tutor enabled
- The AI Tutor is set to use the selected voice for that course
How to do it
Step 1: Navigate to the Course Schedule step
Open the course and go to the final step labeled Course Schedule. This is where you enable and configure the AI Tutor for the course.
Step 2: Toggle on AI Tutor
Find and toggle on AI Tutor. Turning this on enables the AI Tutor for this course so it can support trainees enrolled in it.
Step 3: Select the AI Tutor’s voice
Select the voice you want the AI Tutor to use (for example, Liam). The AI Tutor will use this voice when supporting trainees in this specific course.
What gets created
- Course setting that AI Tutor is enabled for the course
- The selected AI Tutor voice associated with that course
What happens next
The course now has AI Tutor enabled. When trainees interact with that course, the AI Tutor will support them using the voice you selected.
