To generate a quiz from your existing question bank, open Quizzes from the sidebar, navigate to Question Bank, select the questions you want to include, and use them to create a new quiz.
Overview
This workflow lets you quickly assemble a quiz by reusing questions you’ve already stored in your Question Bank. It’s useful when you want consistency across assessments or need to create a quiz efficiently without writing new questions. The result is a quiz composed of the specific questions you selected.
What you’ll need
An existing Question Bank with questions already created and stored in your Vocaliv account.
What Vocaliv does
Vocaliv allows you to browse your existing Question Bank, select specific questions, and use those selections to build a new quiz. The platform compiles your selected questions into a single quiz that you can then manage and deploy.
What you’ll get
A new quiz composed of the questions you selected from your Question Bank, ready for use in your account.
How to do it
Step 1: Open Quizzes from the sidebar
From the sidebar, select Quizzes. This is where you manage your quizzes and access the Question Bank.
Step 2: Go to Question Bank
Within Quizzes, open the Question Bank. Here you’ll see all the existing questions that are available for reuse in a quiz.
Step 3: Select the questions you want to include
Choose the specific questions from the Question Bank that you want to include in your new quiz. Your selection determines which items will appear in the quiz you create.
Step 4: Use the selected questions to create a quiz
Use the selected questions to create a quiz. This action builds a new quiz that contains only the questions you chose from the Question Bank.
What gets created
A new quiz composed of the questions you selected from the Question Bank.
What happens next
After you complete these steps, you have a quiz built from the chosen Question Bank items. You can proceed with your standard next steps for working with the quiz in your account, such as reviewing, editing, or deploying it.
