To start from a template, go to Add Course, select Choose a Template, and browse the searchable gallery grouped by difficulty. Select a ready-made course, then click Continue. Vocaliv opens your chosen template in the editor so you can begin building your course immediately.
Overview
This workflow lets you jump-start a new course by importing a ready-made template into the editor. It’s useful when you want a fast, structured starting point instead of creating content from scratch. The result is your selected template opened in the editor for customization.
How to do it
Step 1:
Open Add Course from your course creation area. This is where new courses are started in Vocaliv.
Step 2:
Choose the option labeled Choose a Template. This opens the template gallery, which contains ready-made courses you can reuse.
Step 3:
Browse the searchable gallery. Use the search to find specific topics, and note that templates are grouped by difficulty level to help you pick an appropriate starting point.
Step 4:
Select the template you want to use. Examples include Cybersecurity Awareness, Business English Communication, and Infection Prevention & Control. Choosing a template defines the initial structure and content you’ll work with.
Step 5:
Click Continue. Vocaliv brings the selected template into the editor so you can review its contents.
Step 6:
Confirm the template appears in the editor. Once visible, proceed with any edits you need before adding new material or reorganizing sections.
