This workflow lets you refine existing slide text inside a lesson using Vocaliv AI. It is useful when you want slide content adjusted without rewriting it manually. The final result is updated slide text aligned to your instructions, visible in Slides View.

What Vocaliv AI does
Vocaliv uses your instructions to refine the existing slide text. The AI adjusts the text to reflect the requested changes you described.

- The refined text is ready to review within the same lesson
How to do it
Step 1: Open the course containing your lesson
Open the course that contains the lesson you want to change. This ensures you are editing the correct training material.
Step 2: Select the lesson you want to update
Open the specific lesson you want to update. You must be inside the lesson to work with its slides.
Step 3: Switch to Slides View
Switch to Slides View. This view displays the lesson as slides so you can work directly with slide text.
Step 4: Select Edit with AI
Select Edit with AI. This opens the AI-powered refinement action for the current slide content.
Step 5: Describe the changes you want
Request changes to the slide content. In your own words, describe how you want the slide text changed. Vocaliv will use your instructions to refine the text.
Step 6: Review the updated slide text
Review the updated text in Slides View. After processing, Vocaliv shows the refined slide text based on your instructions. Confirm it meets your needs before moving on.
What gets created, saved, or changed
AI-refined slide text within the lesson’s Slides View based on your instructions.
What happens next
Vocaliv updates the slide text according to your request, and the refined content appears in Slides View for that lesson.
