Overview
With this workflow, you’ll create a new AI-generated version of your course outline. It’s useful when you want to see an alternative structure for your course without starting from scratch. The final result is a revised outline that you can review and evaluate in the Outline tab.
What you’ll need
You need an existing course with a current outline. You initiate regeneration from inside the course by opening the Outline tab and selecting Regenerate with AI. No additional inputs are required beyond this action.
What Vocaliv AI does
Vocaliv AI generates a revised version of your existing course outline. It provides a different AI-generated structure for your course that you can review to explore alternative ways to organize your content.
What you’ll get
A revised, AI-generated course outline appears in the Outline tab for your review.
How to do it
Step 1: Open the course you want to update
Open the course containing the outline you want to regenerate. Make sure you are viewing the correct course.
Step 2: Go to the Outline tab
In the course, locate and open the Outline tab. This is where your current course outline is displayed.
Step 3: Select Regenerate with AI
Select the Regenerate with AI option. Vocaliv processes your request and generates a revised version of your course outline.
Step 4: Review the updated outline
Review the revised outline in the Outline tab. Examine the alternative AI-generated structure and confirm whether the new organization aligns with how you want to structure your course content.
What gets created
A revised, AI-generated version of your course outline is generated and displayed in the Outline tab for your review.
What happens next
After regeneration, the revised outline appears in the Outline tab. You can review the alternative structure and evaluate whether the new organization suits your course before making any further changes.
