This workflow turns an existing document into a structured course outline. It is useful when you already have source content and want an outline built directly from it rather than starting from scratch. The result is a structured course outline generated from your uploaded material.

How to do it
Step 1: Go to Create Course
Open the Create Course area to begin building a new course. This is where you select how you want to provide your source material for the outline.
Step 2: Select Upload Document
Choose Upload Document to indicate that you want to build the course outline from an existing file. This tells Vocaliv to use your uploaded material as the basis for generating the outline.
Step 3: Upload your source document
Select your source document from your device and complete the upload. The document you upload becomes the content Vocaliv will use to generate the course outline.
Step 4: Click Generate Outline
Select Generate Outline to start the generation process. Vocaliv analyzes your uploaded document and generates a structured course outline for your course.
What gets created
A structured course outline for your course, generated directly from the content of your uploaded document.
What happens next
After you click Generate Outline, Vocaliv generates and displays your structured course outline. You can then review the outline and use it as the foundation for building out your course.
