This workflow lets you quickly verify the learner view of a course from the course Tab. It is useful before proceeding with course delivery or further edits, allowing you to confirm what learners will see. The result is an on-screen preview of the course in learner view.
What you’ll need
An existing course in the course Tab that you want to preview.
What Vocaliv does
When you click View from the course’s Action menu, Vocaliv displays a preview of the course content as it appears to learners, showing the exact layout, structure, and materials learners will encounter.

How to do it
Step 1: Open the course Tab
Navigate to the course Tab. This is where you access all courses and their available actions.
Step 2: Open the Action via the ‘…’ menu
Locate the course you want to preview. Next to that course, click the ‘…’ menu to reveal the available actions for that course.
Step 3: Click View to preview the learner experience
From the Action menu options, click View. Vocaliv displays the course preview in learner view, showing exactly what learners will see when they access the course.
What gets created
No new content is created. The preview is a temporary view of your existing course as learners will experience it.
What happens next
The course preview displays in learner view on your screen. You can review all content and structure before closing the preview. You can then return to the course Tab to make edits if needed or proceed with other course management tasks.
